Returns/Exchanges

It is our desire that you are excited about our products as much as we are.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange or credit note ONLY.  (There are no refunds). 

To exchange items, customers must contact our support team in the first instance at support@glowinmotion.com where you will receive instructions on what to do next. 

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting our support team first.

Items must be in a re-saleable condition.  Any items with perfume or antiperspirant marks will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges (including returns). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges* also apply. 
  • If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in price.
  • Once items have been received by our fulfillment centre please allow a further 5-10 days for processing. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been resubmitted.

Cancelling orders

Its not possible to cancel orders once submitted, as they go to print almost immediately, so please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before concluding your order.

Returns
